The City of Rosemount Planning Commission will hold a hearing before its meeting on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. After the hearing, it will hold its official meeting and make recommendation to be sent to the Rosemount City Council. Carrolls Woods is a natural park. Many hope to keep it that way. Would the proposed change in zoning from "public and institutional" to "residential" put the natural park at risk?
Contiguous to Carrolls Woods is Rosemount Senior High School which has objected to it being rezoned to "residential" and will remain "public and institutional".
